What we collect
When you send a request, we collect what you enter in the form, plus the page you were on and how you reached the site (such as the referring site or ad campaign). When you call or text our number, our phone provider logs the number you used and the time, and keeps any voicemail or text message.
Who we share it with
We give your request to one independent locksmith business serving your area so it can contact you. The local company we refer you to may pay us for our referral service. Otherwise we share your information only with the service providers that run this website, our phone line and our email, or when the law requires it. Beyond that business, only the companies that host this site and run our phone line and email see it, or anyone the law requires us to give it to.
Calls and call recording
Calls to our number are forwarded to the locksmith business. Before the call connects you hear a short notice that it may be recorded. Answered calls may be recorded so we can confirm a request was handled, and voicemails are recorded. If you would rather not be recorded, text instead.
Cookies and analytics
Once the site is live we may use Google Analytics 4 to see how it is used, such as pages viewed, taps on the phone number and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device details; you can block it in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Our host keeps standard server logs. We don't run advertising trackers. The form keeps your ZIP in your browser for the visit only.
The lead form
The form sends what you typed to us, and we pass it to one locksmith business. We keep a copy so we can answer questions about the request.

To have your information deleted, contact us at (480) 672-3601. To stop texts from the locksmith business, reply STOP to them.
